A Tribute To Andrew Speight: Michael Zisman and Friends

Bassist Michael Zisman has organized some of Andrew’s frequent collaborators both on the bandstand and in the classroom to come play some of his favorite tunes and tell a few short stories and tall tales. We invite the community to come gather with us and raise a toast to celebrate this fantastic musician and great friend! 

Scheduled to play are: 

Piano: Keith Saunders, Matt Clark, Dee Spencer, Ben Stolorow, Simon Rowe

Bass: Michael Zisman, Tomoko Funaki, Essiet Essiet, Jeff Saxton

Drums: Sylvia Cuenca, Austin Harris, Vince Lateano, Tony Johnson, Akira Tana

Sax: Bob Kenmotsu, Noel Jewkes, Hafez Modirzadeh

Trumpet: Modesto Briseño, Mike Olmos The musicians line up is subject to change as their schedules do and we are sure more may be added. 

At 11pm we will open the stage for others that would like to jam and tell their stories!
