The Mighty Hammond- The Two Adams

The late night Hammond Sessions graduate to prime time as organists Adam Shulman and Adam Klipple go toe to toe, unleashing the nuanced power of their respective Organ Trios.

7pm Set – Adam Shulman feat. Jeffrey Burr

Adam Shulman has been a staple of the San Francisco Jazz scene since he moved to the city in 2002. Adam has played as a sideman with internationally renowned artists Stefon Harris, Willie Jones III, Dayna Stephens, Miguel Zenon, Mark Murphy, Alan Harris, Luciana Souza, Paula West, Larry Coryell, Sean Jones, Grant Stewart, John Clayton, Bobby Hutcherson, Bria Skonberg and with the Glenn Miller Orchestra.

9pm Set – Adam Klipple feat. Ulysses Owens

Organist, pianist and keyboardist Adam Klipple has toured the world with artists such as Lauryn Hill and Blood Sweat and Tears. Currently touring with the young jazz phenom Veronica Swift, Adam is proud to bring his new SF based band to Keys Jazz Bistro. The Adam Klipple organ trio plays original soulful arrangements of songs you know, sure to surprise!

Happy Hour 5pm – 6pm. First come, first serve seating. Shows begin at 7pm and 9pm.

Tickets: $25 per show

Students and IMA Members can purchase tickets for $15 in person for the 7pm and 9pm shows and may attend 11pm shows free of charge (with proof of valid ID).
