Terms and Conditions for Keys to Keys Membership Levels

Priority Seating: Members are seated before non-members, subject to availability.
Discounted Tickets: 25% off regular ticket prices.
Discounted Food: 10% off food purchases.

Priority Seating: Members are seated before non-members. If late, priority will still be given in seating within the room.
Discounted Tickets: 35% off regular ticket prices.
Discounted Food: 15% off food purchases.
Keys Merchandise: 25% off Keys-branded merchandise.
Same Day Tickets: 50% off for tickets purchased on the same day of the event, subject to availability.
Dual Membership: Membership can be shared with one other household member.
Member Exclusive Special Events: Access to exclusive events reserved for members.
Digital Recognition: Online acknowledgment of membership status.

Same Day Tickets: 50% off for tickets purchased on the same day of the event, subject to availability.
Dual Membership: Membership can be shared with one other household member.
Member Exclusive Special Events: Access to exclusive events reserved for members.
Digital Recognition: Online acknowledgment of membership status.
Reserved Seating: In addition to priority seating, members can select their preferred table with early arrival. Tables will not be held once the show has started.

Membership Fees: All membership fees are due monthly or annually, as per the selected plan. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Priority Seating: Priority seating is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and does not guarantee a specific seat or location within the venue. Matador level members have the option to select their table, but this is subject to early arrival and availability.
Discounts: Discounts on tickets, food, and merchandise apply only to purchases made by the member and cannot be combined with other offers. Same day ticket discounts are subject to availability and do not guarantee entry.
Dual Membership: Dual Membership is available for KeysTone and Matador levels only and allows one additional household member to enjoy the same benefits. Both members must reside at the same address.
Special Events: Access to member-exclusive events is limited and may require advance reservations. Events are subject to change or cancellation.
Digital Recognition: Members who opt for digital recognition will have their names displayed on the Keys to Keys website or other digital platforms.
Reserved Seating: Reserved seating at the Matador level requires early arrival and will not be held if the member arrives late. The venue reserves the right to reassign seats if necessary.
Changes to Membership: Keys to Keys reserves the right to modify or cancel any membership benefits or terms at any time with appropriate notice to members.

Termination: Memberships can be terminated by the member at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining membership period.
Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of the term unless canceled by the member. Renewal fees will be charged at the then-current rate for the selected membership level.
