Pascal Le Boeuf’s “Ritual Being” feat. Friction Quartet **CD Release Celebration**

Hailed as “sleek, new” and “hyper-fluent” by The New York Times, GRAMMY-nominated pianist and composer Pascal Le Boeuf continues to blaze a trail of forward-thinking creativity with his latest release Ritual Being. In realizing these bold, hybrid forms of new music and jazz, Le Boeuf surrounds himself with like-minded jazz and classical players of the highest order, including bassist Giulio Xavier Cettto, drummer Malachi Whitson and the Friction Quartet (strings) to build a program of extraordinary rhythmic urgency, contrapuntal density and breathtaking imagination.

Students and IMA Members can purchase tickets for $15 in person for the 7pm and 9pm shows and may attend 11pm shows free of charge (with proof of valid ID).
